I have spent more than a decade working in mission-driven, youth-serving organizations, where communication plays a central role in building trust with families, donors, and the broader community.
 

Throughout my career, I have served as both a leader and a practitioner, guiding strategy, mentoring staff, and partnering with executive and development teams, while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day work of marketing and communications. That balance allows me to move initiatives forward quickly and ensure that campaigns are both thoughtful and effective.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with nonprofit leaders and teams to build communications and marketing strategies that strengthen relationships, support fundraising, and increase community engagement. I believe the most effective campaigns are grounded in clear messaging, thoughtful storytelling, and strong collaboration across departments, particularly between marketing and development.

In each of my roles, I have worked at both the strategic and operational levels, helping shape direction while also staying closely connected to the day-to-day work of campaigns, media outreach, and digital engagement. That balance allows me to move initiatives forward quickly, respond to changing needs, and deliver results that support the mission and the people organizations serve.
